We will recommend your own class schedule based on what you want to achieve, from full-body workout to focused core training, our sessions are built for women at every fitness level.
A Timetable That Works for You
We know that flexibility is key, so our schedule is designed to fit around your day. Sessions run Monday to Saturday, starting from 6:30 AM, with mid-morning options from 9:15 AM. Our evening classes run from 5 PM—giving you plenty of opportunity to join us at a time that suits you.
